The Opportunity

Western Michigan University (WMU) invites applications and nominations for the position of Director of the Bronson School of Nursing. The Director serves as the school’s chief nurse administrator, providing academic, strategic, and operational leadership for one of the university’s signature programs. Reporting to and advising the Dean of the College of Health and Human Services, the Director plays a central role in advancing the school’s mission, academic excellence, and impact on healthcare education and practice.

The successful candidate will hold the rank of tenured professor and serve as a member of the College Administrative Council, contributing to college-wide policy development, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership initiatives.
