Greenwood Asher & Associates is pleased to partner with the University of Central Missouri (UCM) in the search for its next Director of Procurement, Contracts, & Distribution Services.

UCM is seeking a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader who can strengthen vendor and contract management, develop and support staff, enhance procurement processes, and leverage technology and data to improve efficiency and service.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Director provides oversight for a broad portfolio that includes procurement, contract administration, distribution services, and outsourced print & copy operations. The Director will serve as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, partnering across the University to ensure procurement activities are efficient, transparent, competitive, compliant, and aligned with institutional priorities.

The successful candidate will bring significant procurement experience, strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance compliance, financial stewardship, and responsive service to the campus community.
