This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across the full range of human resources functions while serving as a trusted partner to university leadership and the broader campus community.

UCM is seeking a collaborative, organized, and adaptable leader with broad HR judgment and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will bring experience across areas such as employee relations, compensation and classification, benefits, compliance, investigations, and HR operations, along with the ability to lead change thoughtfully and build credibility across an organization.
