Greenwood Asher & Associates is pleased to partner with the University of Central Missouri (UCM) in the search for its next Associate Vice President for Capital Planning and Facilities.

This senior leadership role offers an opportunity to help shape the future of UCM’s physical campus through thoughtful capital planning, facilities stewardship, and operational leadership.

The Associate Vice President will provide strategic direction for the University’s capital planning and facilities functions, helping ensure that campus spaces, infrastructure, and long-term investments support UCM’s academic mission and evolving institutional priorities. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across a complex university environment while advancing major projects and maintaining effective day-to-day operations.

UCM is seeking a leader who can balance long-range planning with execution — someone who understands that effective facilities leadership is not simply about buildings and infrastructure, but about creating and sustaining environments where students, faculty, and staff can thrive.
