The Loudoun Provost will serve as the chief administrative officer of NOVA’s Loudoun Campus, reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the Administrative Council.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an accomplished, student-centered higher education leader to guide a dynamic campus serving one of Northern Virginia’s most rapidly growing communities. The Provost will provide strategic leadership across campus operations, enrollment and student success, resource stewardship, talent development, community engagement and campus planning.
The successful candidate will also serve as a visible ambassador for NOVA, building and strengthening relationships with employers, school divisions, community organizations, elected officials and other partners while helping advance the educational and workforce needs of the region.
NOVA is the largest public institution of higher education in Virginia and one of the nation’s largest community colleges. The Loudoun Campus, located in Sterling, offers a distinctive opportunity to lead at the intersection of student success, workforce development, community partnership and institutional strategy.
