Dean College invites applications and nominations for its next President.
For more than 160 years, Dean has been grounded in the belief that every student deserves the opportunity to discover and exceed their greatest aspirations. Located in Franklin, Massachusetts, Dean is a private, residential college known for its deeply personal and transformative community and its integrated approach to academic, co-curricular, and experiential learning.
Serving as the College’s Chief Executive Officer, the next President will work closely with the Board of Trustees, Senior Management Team, and the broader Dean community to shape and advance the institution’s strategic priorities.

Strengthen enrollment, retention, fundraising, and the College’s financial position
