Greenwood Asher & Associates is pleased to assist Murray State University in the search for an Interim Director of Procurement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement leader to provide immediate leadership and continuity for a broad and important portfolio supporting the University’s operations and campus community.
The Interim Director will provide leadership for Procurement Services, including the acquisition of goods, services, and capital construction projects; contract and vendor management; central receiving and postal operations; University insurance programs; and real property leases. The role will work closely with departments across the University while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and sound procurement practices.
Murray State is seeking an experienced leader who can quickly assess priorities, support and guide staff, maintain a high level of service to campus partners, and provide steady operational leadership during this interim period.
